TRAVELERS CHARTER OF STANDING

Travelers’ Charter of Standing. The owners of the Gascogne Collection houses are committed to a relationship of trust and have all signed a 10-points charter, guaranteeing the comfort of each traveler

Each owner undertakes

1.

Sheets and towels for each occupant must be included.

2.

The beds are made on arrival.

3.

The final departure cleaning is always included, as well as an intermediate half-day mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than one week.

4.

The houses must be clean, in perfect order, and disinfected according to the health protocol in force to fight against the spread of Covid 19.

5.

 The equipment made available to travelers must be guaranteed to be checked and in good working order.

6.

The “kitchen starter kit” must be checked before each arrival and must be composed of at least a clean sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets to start, clean kitchen towels in sufficient quantity. As well as salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, coffee and tea to start the stay.

7.

Certain obvious luxury items such as tablecloths, stemmed glasses, champagne glasses, wine buckets, decanters, serving dishes & tools must be available on site.

8.

Basic items must also be provided to travelers such as toilet paper, soaps and hand towels near the sinks, hydroalcoholic gel, cleaning products and equipment.

9.

During stays outside the hot period, travelers must be able to find additional blankets in each bedroom.

10.

The exteriors must be maintained (mowed lawn, trimmed and clean beds, etc.) and equipped with garden furniture in good condition.
