The perfect place for gourmets, with direct access to the back terrace with 2 weber bbq’s, an azure blue swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the hundred year old vineyards.

From the moment you enter, the light, the stone and wrought iron staircase and the travertine floor set the tone for this opulent house of “art nouveau” architecture, which has been entirely renovated to facilitate the holiday life of demanding families, used to an irreproachable comfort.

On the ground floor, a spacious 67m2 living room with a stone fireplace and wood-burning stove faces large sofas. The living room itself opens onto the dining room, with table and chairs for 12 people, through to the kitchen. Modern, ultra-equipped, with an XL fridge and high-tech appliances, the kitchen also offers direct access to the poolside terrace (10m x 5m x 0.9m to 1.6m deep) with a shaded outdoor dining area, 2 Weber BBQs, sun loungers, mattresses, and a delightful view of the countryside!

The 6000m2 park is wooded, surrounded by wild hedges, fully fenced and has a wrought iron gate. There are no overlooked views, except of the fields and the hundred-year-old vines opposite the pool. There are no close neighbours, so the peace and quiet of the guests is fully assured. Parking for vehicles can be done inside the park on the gravelled entrance esplanade.

A perfect pied à terre for 3/4 couples with children in the heart of the golden triangle of the Gers! With the fortified town of Larressingle, the episcopal town of Condom, the bastides of Montréal du Gers and Fourcès just a stone’s throw away. Fourcès is also accessible by bike to fetch the bread and croissants!

Local area

The house is located 2kms from one of the most beautiful villages in France. Fourcès and its round bastide! There is a delicatessen and a local grocery shop, a restaurant, a wine bar, a tea room, two antique shops, artists’ galleries…

For shopping, there is Condom at 10 kms with all the essential shops and an organic shop.
Weekly Sunday market in Condom.
The most beautiful markets in the area: Nérac on Saturday morning. Eauze on Thursday morning! A must do.

Discovering vineyards, walks in historic villages, cycling, river cruises on the Baïse, accrobranche, medieval siege camp, vélorail on the old railway tracks, educational farms and producers to visit, night markets of producers, village festivals… There are many activities in Gascony!

• Tourist taxes are not included in the rates (1.45€/pers/night)
• Bedsheets, bath towels and pool towels are included.
• Final cleaning fees are mandatory. However, on your departure, the house must be found in good order, bed linen must be removed and your rubbish taken away.
• A 800€ security deposit is asked via credit card imprint for each stay
• Pets are allowed on request (max 2), but they must stay on the ground floor, and are not allowed on the beds and sofas. The park is fully fenced.
• Parties with external guests and/or travellers are not allowed
• Check-in : from 5pm. Autonomous entrance
• Check-out :  Max 10am.

• Covid-19: This property offers deferral to 18 months or refund in case of cancellation
